Please be aware that trains may operate during the closed period for maintenance or testing purposes. When the trains are running the live rail will be energised. To ensure your safety and the safety of your pets or children please ensure you do not walk along the line at any time.
Do you think you could drive a Volk's railcar?
As part of the ‘Railway 200’ celebrations, the Railway and VERA are teaming up to host a few Driver Experience Days. These limited time events will be run on Wednesday 8th, Thursday 9th of October, and Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th October.
There will only be 4 places available a day to give those taking part the maximum amount of time at the controls.
