BRIGHTON MUSEUM HOSTS HERITAGE LOTTERY PROJECT OPEN DAY 9th APRIL
On Saturday 9th April Brighton Museum will be hosting an ‘Open Day’ for the Volk’s Electric Railway Heritage Lottery Project. This is a chance to see the final plans for the new Aquarium Station & Visitor Centre and new Workshop and Rolling Stock Depot before work starts in September 2016. Members of the Project Design Team and Steering Group will be in attendance with representatives from Architects ABIR Ltd, Exhibition Design Consultants PLB, Volk’s Electric Railway, VERA and the Activities Consultants.
The Open Day is being held in the Museum Lab (the old Reference Library) between 11 am – 4pm. Free entry can be gained by showing either a Volk’s Electric Railway ticket or a valid VERA membership card to the Reception Desk.
